The House
1. Exterior Video Surveillance
The property is equipped with exterior video surveillance for the safety and security of all guests. No cameras are installed inside the house, ensuring full privacy within the accommodation.
2. Use of Equipment and Utensils
All equipment, appliances, and utensils available in the house are at the guests’ disposal and may be used freely during the stay. Guests are requested to use them responsibly and with care.
3. Essential Products Provided
Essential items such as coffee, toilet paper, and basic cleaning products are provided in the house for guests’ convenience upon arrival. Additional quantities needed during the stay are the guests’ responsibility unless otherwise agreed with the host.
Terms & Conditions - The Basics
1. Payment Requirements
Full payment must be completed 8 days prior to the guests’ arrival at the property. Access to the holiday home will only be granted once the payment has been confirmed.
A security deposit is required at the time of booking.
For weekly reservations, the security deposit is €500.
For weekend reservations, the security deposit is €300.
The deposit will be refunded in full after check-out, provided the property and all items within it are returned in the same condition as upon the guests’ arrival. Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements may result in partial or full withholding of the deposit.
2. Pricing Based on Number of Guests
The quoted price is calculated according to the number of guests declared at the time of booking. Any change in the number of guests upon arrival must be communicated to the host and will result in an additional charge of 35€ per extra guest.
3. Minimum Stay
Reservations require a minimum stay of 7 nights or, in case of weekend reservations require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
